Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Site Reliability Engineering Manager will own the reliability roadmap, drive performance against service level objectives, and enhance IT operations through automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and deliver a multi-year reliability, observability, and automation roadmap, translating enterprise priorities into measurable engineering initiatives
• Establish and monitor reliability performance measures, including mean time to resolve (MTTR) and automated incident remediation
• Lead the development of automation capabilities and champion SRE practices across operations and development teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field required; equivalent experience may be accepted
• Six years of relevant IT experience, including experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and ServiceNow
• Three years of IT lead or management experience required
• Experience designing and providing operational support for distributed systems in a microservice infrastructure
• Proficiency in Docker and Linux containers required
