Site Reliability Performance Engineer
Job Summary
A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Site Reliability Performance Engineer.
Position Responsibilities:
- Benchmark, plan and monitor performance and capacity of systems
- Adhere to disaster recovery test policy for operational risk management and compliance
- Create and maintain alarming / monitoring infrastructure using Prometheus / Grafana
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of full-time work experience as a Site Reliability Engineer
- Able to create alarms for servers using Prometheus Exporter and Grafana
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Basic familiarity with IPv4 networking, including DNS, SMTP/POP/IMAP, HTTP, LDAP, SSH, nginx
- Ability to work collaboratively between teams to ensure timely delivery of system engineering initiatives and goals
