SIU Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the SIU team, the full-time remote SIU Analyst will assist with client task intake, analyze patient medical records for fraud investigations, and document findings while contributing to the overall integrity of healthcare claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the SIU team with daily tasks and client-assigned task intake
- Analyze patient medical records and compare them to claim information to identify billable services
- Document findings and summarize results in written reports while maintaining compliance with privacy standards
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and coding concepts (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10)
- Strong interest in healthcare, medical claims, and investigations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with data analysis
- No specific investigative experience required, but healthcare knowledge is a plus
