Job Summary
Overseeing a team of SIU coordinators, the full-time Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Team Lead will manage assignments for field investigators, review reports for quality, and communicate with clients while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of SIU coordinators, scheduling and monitoring field investigator assignments
- Document findings and draft summary reports, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Communicate with clients, create invoices, and cross-sell additional services when opportunities arise
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing, investigating, or adjusting liability, property casualty, disability, or workers' compensation claims (required)
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a bonus
