Job Summary

To support organizational process clarity and operational improvement, the full-time remote Six Sigma Black Belt will lead initiatives focused on business transformation, systems governance, and performance enhancement while collaborating with various functional teams to drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Create clarity around organizational roles and responsibilities while mapping end-to-end business processes
• Lead strategic initiatives from discovery through implementation, ensuring measurable outcomes and stakeholder alignment
• Establish and chair a cross-functional Systems Governance Board to manage application and integration changes effectively

Required qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a minimum of 7 years of experience in process improvement and operational excellence
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt in a related industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional Lean Six Sigma initiatives and facilitate workshops
• Experience in developing KPI frameworks and performance measurement plans in partnership with Finance
• Strong analytical judgment with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
