Job Summary

To support the implementation of a learning-recognition initiative, the full-time Skills Ontology Project Lead will coordinate project activities, maintain timelines, and ensure consistent delivery across academic and technical teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain integrated project plans, track deliverables, and coordinate activities across cross-functional teams
• Support the development of documentation and standards mappings to operationalize the skills-to-credit strategy
• Engage faculty and subject matter experts by managing schedules, contracts, and meeting logistics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields
• 5-7 years of experience in project coordination, academic administration, or learning recognition
• Experience managing project plans and stakeholder communication across multiple contributors
• Familiarity with skills taxonomies, competency frameworks, or prior learning assessment
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate faculty engagement and manage documentation logistics
