Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the Skills-Based Organization (SBO) project roadmap
• Deliver successful SBO initiatives by fostering collaboration and managing operational processes
• Partner with HR and functional leaders to design and implement rollout strategies for SBO adoption

• Ability to monitor project progress and analyze performance against KPIs
