Skip Trace Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Managing and coordinating the collection of delinquent payments for auto loan accounts, the full-time Skip Charge Off Associate will perform skip trace activities, handle customer calls, and meet collection targets in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily skip trace activities on assigned delinquent accounts
• Service inbound/outbound customer calls related to collections
• Prepare delinquent accounts for repossession and communicate with repossession vendors

Required Qualifications:

• Three plus years of experience in skip trace collections within a call center environment
• Preferred experience in auto collections and skip tracing in the automotive industry
• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills
• High level of integrity and strong sense of teamwork
• Highly self-motivated to exceed goals
