Skip Tracing Associate
Job Summary
To support the Loss Mitigation department, the remote Skip Tracing Associate will manage the assignment, tracking, and coordination of approved repossessions while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining communication with Recovery Agents.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and verify client collateral locations and special statuses such as Bankruptcy or Active-Duty Military
- Generate leads for Recovery Agents and maintain frequent communication regarding repossession activities
- Analyze credit applications and in-house documents to aid in locating clients and assigning repossession orders
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of recent Skip Tracing experience in auto recovery
- Banking or collections experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated historical career stability
- Experience in the auto finance field is a plus
