Job Summary
Supporting the development and continuous improvement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), the contract SLA Analyst will coordinate with functional teams to define measurement methodologies and ensure accurate performance reporting, primarily working remotely after an initial on-site training period in Albany, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and document SLA measurement methodologies, including data sources and reporting requirements
- Assess reliability of proposed SLA requirements and identify necessary system changes for measurement
- Facilitate meetings and support ongoing performance analysis and validation of SLAs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of six years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in project coordination, management, or data analysis
- Proven ability in developing and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
