Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to CPAP patients, the full-time Sleep Coach will engage in proactive outreach, educate patients on therapy usage, and troubleshoot equipment issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct proactive and reactive outreach to CPAP patients during their first year of therapy
- Educate and encourage patients through inbound and outbound calls, addressing their therapy and equipment concerns
- Utilize patient data to guide coaching conversations and improve adherence to therapy
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred knowledge and experience working with patients diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)
- Experience with various insurance plans, including HMO, PPO, and Medicare
