Smart Contract Engineer
Job Summary
To build the next generation of lending and borrowing systems, the full-time remote Smart Contract Engineer will design, implement, and maintain secure Solidity smart contracts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance protocol capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure Solidity smart contracts for various financial functions
- Translate product and technical requirements into clear contract architecture and production-ready implementations
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and model adversarial scenarios to ensure system resilience
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years with EVM-based protocols using Solidity
- Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining production smart contracts on EVM-compatible chains
- Deep understanding of Solidity, common smart contract vulnerabilities, and secure contract design
- Strong hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Foundry, including fuzzing and invariant testing
- Experience building or contributing to DeFi protocols involving lending, borrowing, or related financial primitives
