Job Summary
Acting as a strategic post-go-live partner for clients using UKG Pro, the full-time SmartCare Advisor will focus on system optimization and client advisory, providing ongoing support and enhancing HR, payroll, and benefits processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post-implementation partner for assigned clients, leading regular touchpoints to review system performance and optimization opportunities
- Perform configuration updates and enhancements within UKG Pro, analyzing system performance and recommending improvements
- Manage client inquiries and troubleshoot system-related issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro (Payroll & People)
- Experience in consulting, implementation, configuration, or support roles
- Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes and system testing methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients or priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
