Job Summary
To support program development, the remote SME Management Lead will manage recurring SME meetings, facilitate stakeholder coordination, and ensure project progress while handling competing priorities and ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recurring SME meetings, including agenda development and decision tracking
- Coordinate follow-ups across internal teams, clients, and SME stakeholders
- Translate technical findings into clear summaries for SME audiences
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting program development and deliverables
- 2+ years of experience leading or coordinating SMEs and cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a project or consulting environment
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
