SME Management Lead
Job Summary
To support program development, the remote SME Management Lead will manage stakeholder coordination, lead meetings, and translate complex findings into clear materials while ensuring project progress across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recurring SME meetings, including agenda development and decision tracking
- Prepare meeting materials and capture clear notes, action items, and dependencies
- Coordinate follow-ups across internal teams and SME stakeholders to maintain project momentum
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting program development and deliverables
- 2+ years of experience leading or coordinating SMEs and cross-functional teams
- Experience in a project or consulting environment
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
