SME Management Lead
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced SME Management Lead, the remote position will manage and coordinate SMEs, stakeholders, and workstreams while supporting program development and deliverables in a project or consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recurring SME meetings, including agenda development, facilitation, and decision tracking
- Prepare meeting agendas and discussion materials, capturing clear notes and action items
- Coordinate follow-ups across internal teams, clients, and SME stakeholders to maintain project progress
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting program development and deliverables
- 2+ years of experience leading or coordinating SMEs, stakeholders, or cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a project or consulting environment
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
