Smile CDR Administrator
Job Summary
To provide operational leadership and support for an enterprise interoperability platform, the remote Smile CDR Administrator will manage and configure Smile CDR environments, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards in a 3-month contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Smile CDR environments across Development, Test, and Production
- Support FHIR R4 repositories and manage API configurations for interoperability implementations
- Monitor platform health and troubleshoot API and data ingestion issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of healthcare interoperability experience
- 3+ years administering or supporting Smile CDR
- Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR (R4), REST APIs, and SMART on FHIR
- Experience troubleshooting API integrations and platform performance issues
- Strong SQL and database fundamentals
