Seeking a SNOW Administrator with Clearance, the remote role will manage the administration, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities while supporting ITIL-based operations and ensuring compliance with federal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform components
- Develop and manage workflows, service catalogs, and CMDB configurations
- Support ITIL-based service management processes and daily platform operations
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow workflows, service catalogs, and integrations
- Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and platform security
- Familiarity with compliance requirements related to federal operations
