Seeking a skilled Snowflake AI Engineer, the full-time position will focus on developing a robust Semantic Layer and intelligent Cortex Agents, enabling natural language interactions with enterprise data, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive Semantic Layer within Snowflake, ensuring consistent business definitions and metrics
- Design and deploy Snowflake Cortex Agents for natural language queries, enhancing data accessibility for business users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data models and support data governance initiatives
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Snowflake in data engineering, analytics engineering, or AI/ML engineering
- Experience designing and implementing semantic or logical data models
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex features and strong SQL proficiency
- Solid understanding of enterprise data concepts, including dimensional modeling and data vault patterns
- Experience in cross-functional environments translating business requirements into technical solutions
