SNP Operations Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing day-to-day regulatory requirements and managing compliance documentation, the full-time SNP Operations Manager will drive process improvements and ensure adherence to CMS and Medicaid standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage annual Models of Care (MOCs) in collaboration with the SNP Operations Director
• Ensure compliance with CMS and Model of Care requirements, maintaining perpetual audit-readiness
• Implement operational solutions for new or changing Model of Care and CMS requirements through cross-functional collaboration

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, Managed Care, Health Plan, or health care operations
• Proven ability to interpret CMS and/or State Medicaid regulatory guidelines
• Experience managing detailed compliance tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
