Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Social Affiliate Marketing Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage creator partnerships, focusing on recruitment, outreach, and performance optimization to drive revenue growth through affiliate marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and recruit high-potential creators and affiliates across social platforms
- Manage creator outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communication to maintain partner engagement
- Track and optimize affiliate performance while generating consistent creator-led content
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or related fields
- Hands-on experience in recruiting and managing influencers and affiliates
- Familiarity with affiliate or creator-management platforms; experience with Superfiliate is a plus
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram/Meta, and emerging creator platforms
- Experience with consumer brands, particularly in wellness, beauty, or food/beverage sectors
