Social Commerce Manager
Job Summary
Owning and scaling OUAI's presence on TikTok Shop, the full-time remote Social Commerce Manager will manage shop operations, build an affiliate program, and drive live shopping initiatives while reporting directly to the Director of Growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations, including product listings and inventory alignment
- Build and scale the TikTok Shop affiliate program by recruiting and activating creators
- Plan and execute creator-hosted LIVE shopping sessions and lead participation in platform promotions
Required qualifications
- 3-4+ years of experience in e-commerce, social commerce, influencer marketing, or growth
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing a TikTok Shop with proven GMV growth
- Experience in the beauty or personal care industry
- Familiarity with affiliate and creator tools such as Cruva, Grin, or similar
- Strong analytical skills and experience with TikTok Ads Manager and similar platforms
