Job Summary

Overseeing social compliance audits and factory approvals, the full-time Social Compliance Analyst will manage HALO's factory compliance program remotely, ensuring adherence to ethical sourcing and client-specific requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the factory social compliance program, including audit reviews and factory approval tracking
• Evaluate social compliance audit reports to determine factory approval status and identify corrective actions
• Coordinate factory disclosure and preapproval submissions to clients, ensuring timely documentation management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in supply chain, compliance, or consumer goods
• 3+ years of experience in factory compliance, social compliance, or ethical sourcing
• Advanced knowledge of social compliance audit standards such as SMETA, BSCI, and SA8000
• Experience managing factory corrective action plans and tracking remediation progress
• Strong organizational skills to manage a centralized compliance database across multiple clients and timelines
