Job Summary

To enhance the Globe Life brand's online presence, the remote Social Media Analyst will manage social media strategy development, monitor daily activity, and deliver market value reporting while collaborating with the marketing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate social media strategies at corporate, agency, and individual levels with the marketing team
• Monitor social media inboxes and assign messages to appropriate teams promptly
• Analyze social media performance data to compile reports for strategy development and leadership

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social media or digital marketing preferred
• 1-2 years of professional experience in social media management
• Proficiency in social media management tools and online reputation platforms
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends in data
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
