Job Summary

Bringing Lilly's voice to life across corporate social and digital channels, the full-time Social Media Content Associate will create, produce, and manage engaging content that reflects the company's mission and connects with audiences, while collaborating with various teams to ensure timely publication and performance optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Create platform-native content across various formats, including short-form video and long-form blogs, aligned with editorial strategy
• Own content workstreams from concept to publication, ensuring adherence to the editorial calendar and brand voice
• Monitor content performance and audience engagement, applying insights to improve future content initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in social media, content creation, or digital storytelling, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
• Familiarity with content creation and editing tools, including AI-enabled production tools
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing social-first and digital content
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams in a fast-paced environment
