Job Summary

Proven on camera, the full-time Social Media Content Creator & Host will produce and manage engaging short-form and long-form content for Zarla's TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube channels while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Host and create content showcasing Zarla's products, including how-to guides and customer stories
• Shoot, edit, and post videos, while engaging with audience comments and analyzing performance metrics
• Maintain a content schedule targeting 4 to 6 shorts weekly and 2 YouTube videos monthly

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience hosting on camera with a portfolio of at least 5 videos
• Proficiency in shooting and editing video content using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci
• Fluent English speaker with the ability to connect with small-business owners
• Familiarity with content hooks and audience retention strategies
• Experience in business, marketing, or small business operations is a plus
