Social Media Content Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Social Media Content Specialist will moderate client social channels, create engaging content, and ensure online community safety during overnight shifts while also being available for day or evening shifts as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate and respond to comments on clients' social media platforms using their brand voice
• Write engaging content to drive conversations and enhance audience interaction
• Ensure online communities adhere to client guidelines and escalate issues or trends as necessary

Required qualifications

• Strong written communication skills in English with cultural awareness
• Experience managing social media platforms, particularly in moderation and engagement
• Ability to adapt writing style and tone for different brands and audiences
• Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Facebook
• Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work
