Key responsibilities

• Ideate and create reactionary content for social media, aligning with trending sports topics and Betches Sports' voice
• Provide live coverage for key games and sports moments, balancing proactive and reactive content strategies
• Engage with the community through comments and conversations, enhancing brand voice and fan connection

Required qualifications

• Deep knowledge of sports, including leagues, athletes, and cultural narratives
• At least 3 years of experience in social media content creation for sports or entertainment brands
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
• A strong point of view on sports content that drives cultural conversations
• Ability to create engaging, community-driven content that resonates with a women-first audience
