Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day content and community management for the Soluna app and its social channels, the full-time remote Social Content & Engagement Lead will engage with users, create compelling content, and drive follower growth while ensuring a compassionate and inclusive online environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage Soluna's social channels, focusing on engagement rates and follower growth while moderating community interactions
• Plan, schedule, and publish editorial and user-generated content, collaborating with influencers and Young Adult Ambassadors
• Create original short-form video and written content that resonates with Gen Z and Gen Alpha, adhering to clinical safeguarding standards

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in social media content creation and community management for a brand or agency
• Proven track record of managing social channels with an audience of 25,000+ followers and demonstrating measurable growth
• A portfolio showcasing short-form social video and writing in a voice suitable for teen or young adult audiences
• Hands-on experience in moderating community interactions and managing sensitive conversations
• Fluency in social media trends and formats across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
