Job Summary

Owning Gate's social media function, the full-time Social Media Lead will set strategy, lead content execution, and manage a small team while working remotely to enhance the company's visibility across major platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Gate's presence on platforms such as X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram
• Lead and develop a team of two social media specialists while coordinating campaigns and announcements
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on platform algorithms and trending topics

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of social media experience, preferably in a major crypto exchange
• Native or near-native English proficiency with fluency in Mandarin
• Deep knowledge of the crypto space and active engagement with related communities
• Experience in managing or mentoring others, with a personal account that has a built following as a bonus
• Strong instincts for effective social media strategies, combining creativity with data insights
