Job Summary

To engage high school students through relatable content, the part-time Social Media Lead will manage Knowt's TikTok and Instagram accounts by creating daily videos, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating closely with the Student Marketing Manager in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post daily talk-to-camera videos on TikTok and Instagram, focusing on high school-related content
• Analyze performance data to refine content strategies and ensure timely posts aligned with the school calendar
• Provide weekly recaps on content performance and implement feedback for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Experience running and growing a social media account, demonstrating measurable results
• Strong on-camera presence and comfort with daily video content creation
• Recent familiarity with high school culture, including AP classes and standardized testing
• Understanding of viral trends on TikTok and Instagram, with the ability to articulate why they work
• Reliability in meeting deadlines and responding to feedback promptly
