Social Media Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing brand, the part-time contract Social Media Manager will craft and execute engaging social content, manage community interactions, and provide strategic insights through performance reporting in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the social media content calendar and publishing across TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit
• Lead the creative process for content creation and ensure brand voice consistency in community management
• Maintain regular reporting to connect social performance with broader brand and business outcomes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience at a consumer brand
• Experience managing content and community on Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit, with recent portfolio examples
• Demonstrated ability to write captions and short-form copy in a defined brand voice
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, and Asana
• Comfortable with building and maintaining a reporting cadence using native analytics
