Job Summary

To enhance its Instagram presence, the part-time Social Media Manager will develop and execute a content strategy, create engaging video content, and tell compelling stories that resonate with parents and educators, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a structured Instagram content calendar focused on community engagement and growth
• Produce and edit short-form video content, primarily Reels, that showcases the emotional and educational aspects of STEM programs
• Write engaging captions that connect the organization's core values to the interests of parents, while also designing basic graphics as needed

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts, preferably in parenting or education sectors
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in short-form video editing, graphic design, and copywriting
• Engaging storytelling style that effectively communicates the organization's mission
• Proactive self-starter with a high-agency mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments
