Job Summary

Owning and elevating the social presence for both ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative brands, the full-time remote Social Media Manager will manage content across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, while also engaging with the community on Discord through strategic content planning, video editing, and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Own the social content calendar and manage publishing across multiple platforms
• Coordinate with creative teams to capture and adapt product moments into social-ready assets
• Monitor analytics to track performance and refine content strategy based on insights

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a technology or creative tools company
• Ability to perform lightweight video editing and format content for different platforms
• Proven capability to write platform-native copy for various social media channels
• Fluency in social analytics and experience translating insights into content decisions
• Genuine understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape with informed opinions on industry trends
