Job Summary

To enhance NORY's Instagram presence, the part-time Social Media Manager will develop and execute a content strategy, create engaging video content, and craft compelling narratives that resonate with parents and educators, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a structured Instagram content calendar to grow followers and engagement
• Create and edit engaging Reels that highlight the emotional and educational aspects of STEM programs
• Write human-centric captions that connect organizational values to community interests

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in managing and growing brand Instagram accounts, preferably in parenting or education
• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video editing, graphic design, and copywriting skills
• Engaging storytelling style that effectively communicates the organization's mission
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
