To enhance Growlr's social presence, the full-time Social Media Manager will develop engaging content and campaigns tailored to the bear community while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a clear vision for Growlr's social media strategy, including content themes and campaigns
• Create and coordinate engaging posts, graphics, and videos that resonate with the bear community
• Track engagement metrics and audience growth to refine content strategies and improve results
