Job Summary

Launching and managing Etsy Success on TikTok, the full-time Seller Social Media Manager will define the channel's strategy, create engaging short-form video content, and foster a strong community connection, working in a hybrid environment based in Brooklyn, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Define and launch the TikTok channel for Etsy Success, establishing its purpose and content strategy
• Independently create, film, and edit high-volume short-form video content that resonates with sellers
• Monitor trends and cultural moments to engage the community and enhance brand visibility through events and activations

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in social media or content creation, with a strong focus on TikTok
• Proven independent video editing skills, capable of producing polished content from raw footage
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Gen Z culture, with the ability to create native and engaging content
• Experience launching channels or content from scratch, demonstrating a builder's mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
