Job Summary

To support Etsy's seller community, the full-time Seller Social Media Manager will launch and manage the Etsy Success TikTok channel, creating engaging short-form video content that educates and celebrates sellers while collaborating with the broader social team in a hybrid role based in Brooklyn, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Define and launch the Etsy Success TikTok channel, establishing its purpose and go-to-market strategy
• Independently create, film, and edit high-volume short-form video content tailored for TikTok
• Monitor trends and cultural moments to create timely and relevant content that resonates with the seller community

Required qualifications

• Strong independent video editing skills with the ability to produce polished short-form videos from raw footage
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Gen Z culture, including platform behaviors and storytelling techniques
• Experience launching a channel or content franchise from scratch, demonstrating a builder's mindset
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in social media or content creation, with a focus on TikTok-native skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
