Social Media Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Diablo IV Marketing team, the contract Social Media Manager will maintain the social content calendar, coordinate content production, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, working remotely or onsite in Irvine, CA, through January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Diablo social content calendar and coordinate schedules with agency partners and internal stakeholders
• Track deadlines, deliverables, dependencies, and approvals to keep work on schedule
• Support the development of the Season 17 social agency brief using established templates and guidance

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in social media, social operations, or content production
• Experience coordinating social calendars, creative production, and agency workflows
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities independently
• Familiarity with major social platforms, publishing processes, and content specifications
• Experience using project management and creative review or approval tools
