Owning Boxed's social channels, the full-time Social Media Manager will manage strategy, content creation, and user acquisition across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, driving signups and app installs in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day strategy, publishing, and performance across multiple social media platforms
• Create and publish on-brand content quickly, leveraging current trends and community engagement
• Drive user acquisition metrics, including signups and app installs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand, app, or media company
• Background in editorial or content creation, with strong storytelling skills
• Knowledge of trading cards and collectibles, with an understanding of the hobby's culture
• Proficiency in video shooting and editing, familiar with analytics on social platforms
• Active engagement with trends on social media platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit
