Job Summary

Supporting a global technology company's Copilot Commercial Solution Area, the hands-on Social Media Manager will be responsible for day-to-day social media management, content planning, and publishing across various platforms in a fully remote, interim parental leave coverage role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media content lifecycle from planning to publication, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder objectives
• Develop platform-native content for channels like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, adapting messaging for diverse audiences
• Utilize Sprinklr for social planning, scheduling, and performance reporting while monitoring content effectiveness and audience engagement

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional social media management experience, preferably in a B2B technology context
• Proven expertise in managing the complete social content lifecycle, including approval and publication processes
• Hands-on experience with Sprinklr for social media workflows and reporting
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and ability to create tailored content for each
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for broader audiences
