Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Social Media & Community Manager, the ideal candidate will own Glidance's digital strategy, manage community communications, and create engaging content that highlights the brand and its innovative product, Glide, for the blind and low vision community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Glidance's digital media and marketing strategy across various social platforms
• Manage community communications and respond to inquiries with care and accuracy
• Create and maintain a content calendar, producing original content to promote the Glide brand and engage users

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, growth marketing, or community engagement, preferably in startups or mission-driven organizations
• Exceptional writing and communication skills across various formats
• Proven ability to grow social media audiences and drive engagement
• Familiarity with AI, robotics, and emerging technologies
• Experience with content creation tools and analytics platforms
