Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Social Science Knowledge Expert, this temporary remote position will guide research teams in enhancing AI model performance, create annotation standards, and evaluate social science tasks while leveraging expertise in political science, economics, or public policy.

Key responsibilities

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in the social sciences
• Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to the specialty area
• Design challenging, domain-relevant social science tasks and provide clear, written feedback on solutions

Required qualifications

• Ph.D. in Economics, Political Science, International Politics, Public Policy, or International Relations
• 3+ years of experience building probabilistic forecasting models
• 3+ years of research experience in political science, economics, or public policy
• Expertise in areas such as geopolitics, macro/markets, and policy outcomes
