Social Work Instructor
Job Summary
Offering a part-time, non-tenure-track opportunity, the Social Work Instructor will develop and teach fully online courses for the College of Education's Social Work programs during the Spring and Fall terms of 2026, focusing on promoting experiential learning and equitable outcomes for diverse student populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and teach courses within the Social Work major programs, emphasizing experiential learning
- Align teaching practices with the OSU Quality Teaching Framework to achieve equitable learning outcomes
- Participate in training and meetings to effectively utilize OSU's learning management system and teach assigned CORE Education courses
Required Qualifications
- Earned Master's degree in Social Work or a closely related field for 400 to 500 level courses
- Documented experience in teaching, training, or curriculum development in the relevant content area
- Record of work with underrepresented or underserved student populations
