Software Applications Engineer
Job Summary
Providing technical expertise in software systems, the full-time remote Software Applications Engineer will manage customer troubleshooting, documentation efforts, and coordinate trials while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct pre and post-sales calls with customers to support business development
- Collaborate with teams to debug issues in customer design software systems and recommend solutions
- Generate data analysis dashboards and orchestrate documentation efforts across development, QA, and marketing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ year, or a PhD
- 1+ year of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python
- 1+ year of experience with debugging techniques
