Software Architect
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Software Architect for a full-time remote position, this role will own the architecture and technical direction of an AI-enabled enterprise application platform, focusing on secure workflows, enterprise integrations, and cloud-native delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Own the architecture and technical direction for the Workforce platform, including defining service boundaries and integration patterns
- Lead the engineering team's technical execution, translating product goals into technical designs and mentoring engineers
- Serve as Release Manager for the platform's multi-service release train, coordinating release readiness and managing production posture
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with production applications
- 5+ years of experience in production application architecture and leading technical execution
- Strong hands-on coding ability in an object-oriented language such as Java, C#, or TypeScript
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
