Software Architect
Job Summary
To support a multi-year modernization program, the full-time Software Architect will design and implement scalable software solutions, providing technical leadership and guidance while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop software architectures using modern design patterns such as SOLID principles and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Collaborate with development teams to create high-quality, maintainable code using .NET and Angular
- Conduct architectural reviews to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years of experience with software development and design patterns including Domain-Driven Design and Event-Driven Architecture
- 5+ years of experience with microservice design and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- 2+ years of experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and messaging systems
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
