Job Summary
Driving the technical transformation of an enterprise contact center, the full-time Software Architect - Amazon Connect will lead the migration to an AI-enabled Amazon Connect platform, focusing on architecture, engineering standards, and building internal expertise while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture and engineering direction for Amazon Connect
- Design scalable solutions across voice, chat, messaging, and integrations
- Lead technical migration strategies between Cisco UCCE/CVP and Amazon Connect
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or contact center technology
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise Amazon Connect solutions
- Deep knowledge of Connect flows, telephony, and APIs
- Strong experience with AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, and serverless architecture
