Job Summary
Responsible for the overall roadmap and implementation of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), the full-time Software Asset Management Manager will drive strategic transformation and ensure the integrity of CMDB services within the ServiceNow platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert to design, develop, and implement ITIL processes for CMDB services consumed by various ITSM modules
- Research and evaluate alternative solutions, proposing data model and design changes to enhance CMDB functionality
- Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to manage Configuration Items (CIs) and maintain data integrity across the CI lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with CMDB, IRE, Discovery, and Reconciliation
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Completion of the ServiceNow CMDB Fundamental course
- Completion of ServiceNow Configuration Compliance Essentials
