Job Summary
To support strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time remote Software Category Manager will develop and execute global category strategies for enterprise software, SaaS applications, and data subscriptions, while managing supplier relationships and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain global category strategies for software and data subscriptions aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key software and data subscription vendors while managing supplier performance
- Lead end-to-end procurement events, including RFP development, bid management, and contract execution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of strategic sourcing experience, primarily in software, SaaS, and data services
- Demonstrated experience managing category strategies across multiple regions
- Proven ability to lead complex procurement projects from strategy through execution
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation and supplier performance management
